I vote B, everyone looks good, and their smiles look real, like you're not just posing. Even though I like the ones with the trees, like someone said, I focus more on the pretty trees than your family, but B puts the focus on your adorable family!!!
B. I think it would look better on the wall because its a close up. We got a family picture taken that was far away, and I don't like it very much.
